As the founder of a marketing company, I want to emphasize that our approach to achieving our clients' goals is based on strategic planning and thorough analysis.

First, we assist our clients in defining their long-term objectives, which may include becoming leaders in their niche or increasing sales by 40%. We then evaluate the resources available, including time, personnel, and finances.

The next step is market research to determine its size, prospects, competitors, and the factors that have led competitors to leading positions. This allows us to calculate the cost of market entry and determine the minimum expenses over the shortest period of time.

 

 

 

Based on this data, we develop three versions of goal achievement plans: maximum, optimal, and minimum. The client chooses the plan that best suits their needs and resources.

After this, we proceed to the implementation of the chosen plan, which usually covers a period of no less than 6 months. We set specific goals and tasks at the beginning of each month, and at the end of the month, we provide a report on the results achieved and a plan for the next month.
